First Appointment/One-Time Letter Assessment Session

I offer both an initial 20-minute consultation or if you prefer to skip the consultation, I also offer the option to meet for a first appointment, which is around 53-minutes and billed to your insurance or paid for via private pay. 

Please note that I am only taking clients who have the ability to meet on a consistent schedule (weekly or every-other-week, who are 18 years and older, and who live and are located in Washington State).

If one of these appointment times works for you, please use the below self-scheduling link to reserve your consultation. Insurances accepted are: Premera, Lifewise, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser PPO, Kaiser HMO, and First Choice. 

If one of these appointments does not work for you and you would like to be added to my waitlist, please email with your name, contact info, and best times Tue-Sat for a potential appointment. A spot for evening/weekend times usually becomes available in 6-8months.
