Therapy is a healing relationship developed over time in a caring, respectful, and safe space. In this space, you can express needs and talk about your experiences. Every aspect of your life is fair game because there is no judgment here. An objective of therapy is for you to reach the goals that your identify for yourself and to gain confidence in your life expressing your thoughts and feelings.
There is no rush – you set the pace.
My role is to provide support, encouragement, and guidance while providing you with the tools necessary to achieve your goals.
